Been thinking a lot about the next 12 months of housing in 2024. I've been reviewing the different things that I feel shapes the future of our economic situtation. See how I determine the market, Click, a real estate market I have felt since 2020 is slowly crashing.
Some are saying there is nothing to worry about. Yeah, right, no lessons learned from 1974-80's, 1997, 2008 and through 2014. I like others remember seller's bring money to closings because they purchased bubbles in 2004-05-06-07 and BAM! 2008 hit. There are so many similarities of the above dates that we are facing now. I'm not believing the the hipe of sunny days and rainbows in 2024 and 2025 unless you're buying as parts of the balloon fall to the ground.
I statrted reviewing what other real estate brokers are thinking, to see if they feel the same way as I do, and I came across a youtube video 12-16-23.
I thought, wow, here's a broker who views things similar in the way I see things.
Take a look at these two videos, it's not a sunny outlook. I've always said, in order to sell right, you need to buy right the first time.
You can buy right, but you better have a broker in your corner telling you it might be better to hold off, or use stratigies that will make sense if buying or listing now. I'll put you first before any commission.
